You could save all of the lemon rinds from your morning lemon water, add them to a half gallon jar and fill it with vinegar. Each morning add your lemon rinds to your jar of vinegar until its full, then let it steep for a month or so and now you have a lemon infused vinegar cleaner.

Hi Kyla. Here are my cleaning tips. Castalia Soap. A little goes a VERY LONG WAY. Can use this diluted in water for cleaning dishes. Floors, Baseboards & Toilets: A little vinegar, a lot of water and a drop of Dawn. Stains on carpet / upholstery: Hydrogen Peroxide with a drop of blue Dawn. After the stain is gone use a water soaked rag for bloating. Just don't overdo and saturate. Cabinets / Countertops and the like: Diluted to your liking one of the following products such as distilled white vinegar, Hydrogen Peroxide (buy from the $ store where it's cheaper) or Alcohol. Laundry: washing non colorfast garments. To help prevent colors running when washing new clothes, try adding about a quarter cup of salt to the laundry detergent. 1 tsp. ammonia for every gallon of wash water. For whiting socks and underwear, you can soak them in one cup of baking soda, mixed into a pail of warm water and leave overnight before washing. By the way, I am curious as to what is your weekly or monthly food budget for two, and what part of the country are you located in? Thanks for all of your videos.

I make a smoothie everyday. I add 1/2 banana, berries, spinach, carrot, avocado, yogurt, ginger, flax seed, Apple cider vinegar, turmeric, vegan protein powder, pineapple ( or whatever fruit I have on hand) and almond milk. I cut up and freeze fruits and veggies. Sometimes I add beets, zucchini or even broccoli.

One biggest tip for me is not to do a big food shop. If I have lots in my fridge or cupboards it puts me off preparing healthy meals as there is too much there and its overwhelming. Now I go shopping about every 3-4 days and buy what I feel like eating for that day or next 2 - 3 days. It takes a little more time but I waste so much less and don't get bored of my food. Keeps me making healthy choices too.

Hi Kayla! I quit using laundry detergent altogether about a year ago. i just use white vinegar. I'll add about 3/4 cup to the wash cycle and another 1/4 cup into the fabric softener dispenser. It's the action of the water moving through the fabric that releases dirt not the soap. I will pretreat any stains with a tiny bit of Dawn dish soap or with Shout. The vinegar sterilizes, brightens and softens without leaving any residue nor smell. I do use cheap dryer sheets just to prevent static. Vinegar is waaaaay cheaper than detergent too.

I have so many things but I can share this weird 1. What I started doing is adding the detox bath ingredients you mentioned in detox bath video to my shoes. Started recently and saw amazing results in the appearance of my feet in the 2nd day. And this coming from extremely healthy health conscious person with little health issues. I'm actually getting prettier feet than the ones I was born with their better than my natural feet! So yeah it's amazing. I did this to increase the time I spent detoxing as baths sessions felt more like a waste or rip off of detox for me I put little bit of Epsom like as base then add generous drops not alot but not little drops of fghp then add baking soda. The fghp will also fuzz while I'm wearing the shoes under my feet I esp feel it when im stationary and feels very nice but it doesn't last the whole day. From first day I noticed my toenails cleared up and were whiter than their normal wasn't sure if it was my imagination or lighting but 1st day I noticed some shine on my some of my nails as well but the more I did it like 3 to 4 times later the shinier they got and they were also less thick & hard. I going to Probly get some bentonite clay like you mentioned and see what happens

For the switch to natural cleaners, I have been going back and forth from Ecos and Seventh Generation brand for sprays, detergent, and dish soap. With the detergent, the Ecos did not have fragrance in fabric softener but in some detergents. However, the Seventh Generation brand had fragrance in detergent, softener and dryer sheets which I loved because I love smell good things. I have stopped air freshener sprays and utilize lots and lots of candles. What do you think about those fragrances? Can those bad even if in a natural brand (detergent, fabric softener, candles, etc)?

Household Natural Cleaning Recipes Homemade Carpet Cleaner (concentrated) Ingredients * 2 Tbsp liquid laundry detergent (I use doTERRA or ERA) * 1/4 cup LA's Totally Awesome cleaner (degreaser) * 1 scoop Oxiclean (3 tbsp) * 1 teaspoon Downy fabric softener optional * 1 gallon boiling hot water Instructions MAKING THE SOLUTION * In a small bowl, combine the liquid laundry detergent Oxiclean, * Fabric softener. * Stir together with spoon until well combined.
 * Add mixture to a gallon of hot water, stirring gently so you don't make bubbles. Stir slowly and gently until all Oxiclean particles are completely dissolved.
 * Use immediately in your carpet cleaner machines or pour into a gallon-sized container with a lid. Label outside of container: Concentrated Carpet Cleaner.
HOW TO USE SOLUTION * Before you begin carpet shampooing, make sure that your carpet has been thoroughly vacuumed.
 * Read the directions that came with your carpet cleaning machine for how much cleaner to add as some reservoirs are smaller than others. For typical carpet shampoo machines, fill your reservoir with hot water. Then pour 1/4 cup of this concentrated solution into your water filled reservoir. kzbin.info/www/bejne/kJrJkHWuf7Can6Msi=GeMpTW4S-EBUa4PY Natural Laundry Detergent 2 Boxes of Borax 2 Boxes of Super Clean Washing Soda 2 Bars of Fels-Naphtha (Shred in small grade) 1 Large Box of OxiClean 1 Container (old Costco laundry detergent or similar). To make: Pour 1 box of Borax, washing soda, 1 bar & 1/2 of OxiClean. Mix well, I find it best to put some gloves on and mix with hands. Repeat above for full recipe. This last me and my husband about 7-9 months and cost less than $30. Natural Dishwashing Detergent This essential oil dishwasher detergent combines the refreshing aroma and powerful cleansing properties of Lemon oil. For clean dishes that smell lovely, try this dishwasher detergent-it only take you a few minutes to make! Ingredients
1 cup super washing soda
1 cup baking soda
1 cup kosher salt
½ cup citric acid
1 glass mason jar (32 oz)
30 drops of Lemon oil Instructions 1. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. 2. Add essential oil drops and mix well. Make sure there are no clumps. 3. Pour into a 32 oz glass jar for storage. 4. When you are ready to use, place 1 tablespoon of mixture in the soap dispenser on your dishwashing machine. Cleaning Windows & Mirrors I use 2 C water and 1 Tbsp of rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth (Amazon) works perfect in the last pass ring cloth out extremely tight.
