These videos are from my first research trip to the land of Israel in the spring of 2023. We were there from February 15-27 (Shevat 24 to Adar 6 on the Jewish calendar) with a team of thirty people from five countries and visited about 35 major biblical sites. The Lord blessed us with picture-perfect weather, safety, and a top notch Muslim travel coach driver and Jewish tour guide. I hope these resources help you prepare for your own travels to and in Israel so you can get the most out of your time there. If you have any questions, I welcome them in the comments. Yalla (let’s do this)!

How do you claim to love us, yet say such negative things about us in the context of Jesus? Jesus was an apostate according to the Jewish faith. And we believe in the God of the Hebrews.

As a Christian, I wish Jews believed and accepted Jesus as their Messiah. That is not negative, it is wishing you were like me

@@MaxTaylorMinistries That's a bit arrogant of you. How would you feel if I said I hope you feel the same way I do? As a Jew and an Israeli I accept your faith, but I must tell you that as a persecuted and attacked nation we must keep our faith religiously in order to survive. And so we have done until today. The proof is that we are the only people and language that have survived and have existed for thousands of years.

I get where you are coming from and I mean no disrespect to you or your faith. In my video, I am trying to explain the differences between Judaism and Christianity so that Christians can better understand where Jews are coming from and be able to empathize with their beliefs. The loving thing for Christians to do is to try to have conversations with Jews about faith with courtesy and respect for one another.

I truly do love the Jewish people and that’s why I want to be open to talk about our differences and Jesus.

Judaism isn’t big on proselytizing, but Christianity is because Christians are commanded in the New Testament to teach others about Jesus and to explain that he is God. So it is loving for a Christian to explain why he disagrees with someone else’s faith, even though that is not commonly done in Judaism. Sadly, most Christians do not show courtesy or hospitality when they have these conversations, and I think that is a shame.
