Hi Katie, I wanted to thank you for engaging with your students and subscribers. My daughter Melanie follows and watches you all the time. She is chronically very sick. She is in respiratory failure and is in a wheelchair. There are many medical interventions she needs and I want to thank you from my heart for your faith in Jesus and for being on KZbin for her to watch while we are doing her aggressive medical treatments. She used to play the guitar and ukelele but is unable. She still goes to guitar lessons, but she is having trouble being in her wheelchair and playing. I just wanted you to know that she really loves you and she listens to you alot and especially when you talk about Jesus. Thank you. I hope you read this. I tried contacting you through your website but was unable. God bless you, your channel and your family. Take care and God continue to be with you, Therese

@anonymousbosch9494 жыл бұрын
What I find hard is with a strum pattern where you alternate with a regular strum on one beat and then the next is to chuck. Its not too hard for me to just do chuck strums only, but then that doesn't sound so great!
@rebekahgriffith42924 жыл бұрын
Hi Katie! Thanks for the upload! Are you going to be helping us with guitar strumming too, or just ukulele? It is fine either way, I was just wondering, because I do not own a ukulele, and I do own a guitar. Thanks! -Rebekah
@OneMusicSchool4 жыл бұрын
Hi! I'm glad that you want guitar videos. The strumming patterns and most of the concepts will be transferable to the guitar except for the practice track graphics. You can play along with me with the guitar chords, but they won't have the guitar graphics. I have more guitar planned. I promise :).

Hi :). I think you're talking about barre chords, is that right? I do have an entire course on my Patreon Page called barre chord boot camp that goes into technique, exercises, and songs to practice those barre chords. If you become a patron, there is a quicklink called "Barre Chord Boot Camp" that contains all of the handouts and video lessons. That can be found at www.patreon.com/onemusicschool. I do have a couple of free videos that I think will help get you started, and I'll link them below.
