Thank you Rachel. Just what I needed to watch. My hubby and I are directors of our farm business and own property, plus small pensions. I am nearly 52, hubby is 55. We have started to save to retire from the farm, and possibly live on rental income, I'd really appreciate you go LIVE and talk about how to earn passive income online and retire comfortably, let’s say $1M.

Uncertainty... it took me 5 years to stop trying to predict what bout to happen in market based on charts studying, cause you never know. not having a mentor cost me 5 years of pain I learn to go we’re the market is wanting to go and keep it simple with discipline.

@@jenniferpowell23 staying in touch with an Investment-Adviser. Based on firsthand encounter, I can say for certain their skillsets are topnotch, I've raised over $700k since 2017. Just bought my 3rd property for rental. Credit to Yvonne Annette Lively.. my Investment-Adviser.

@@tateoften Yvonne Annette Lively really seems to know her stuff. I found her online-page, read through her resume, educational background, qualifications and it was really impressive. She is a fiduciary who will act in my best interest. So, I booked a session with her.

Love this! This is one of my all-time favorite The Rachel Cruze Show episodes! It was very entertaining, insightful, and loads of fun. Courtney was an excellent guest! You guys should start a book club (like Reese), or at least do one book show a quarter. It would be a huge success.

Fun topic. It's funny how those money topics/lessons can speak to you when reading for pleasure. One of my life-long favorite books is Little Women by Louisa May Alcott. As a young girl I never really related to Meg, the oldest sister, but when I reread the book as an adult I completely related to her struggles with having a poor but hard working husband and having to learn to be happy with less than her friends who had married wealthy men.

Can’t wait to start reading the Ends and Starts with Us books 😃 LOVED ‘Where the crawdads Sing’ and bought the $6 dvd, which is our cheap entertainment 😜 😉(since we don’t have cable, Netflix or even internet-except on phone-so we buy $5-$9 dvds here and there, then can rewatch 👍) thanks for some other options of good reads ladies! Oh and y’all HAVE TO if haven’t, read Nicholas Sparks latest few novels. Woah SO good. The library just called that ‘Dreamland’ is back in for me to check out (and Free woot woot) so getting that Friday 👍

Hi ! I want to share with you about one book: "KAYAN KOLLYN- The spiral of the Ellmott & messenger of the secret." a great fiction of adventure, mystery, ART, an ancient CRAFFARTT, and science. once you read it, you definitely love it, because it speaks about all dimensions of life, without the barrier of the beliefs and social divisions. Love your content! Waiting for your review 😊😊😊

For really great money lessons, read anything by Elizabeth Gaskill, Charles Dickens and Jane Austen. Every single work explores personal finance from different angles and the impact of governments/organisations on the life and finances of everyday men and women xx
