The same electric charges can attract one another by the magnetic force if they are moving parallel in the same direction. Since the electrically neutral matter is composed of negative and positive charges they need 2 photons to mediate this attractive force, one per charges. The Bing Bang caused parallel moving of the matter gives this magnetic force, experienced as gravitational force. Since graviton is a tensor field, it has spin = 2, could be 2 photons with spin = 1 together. You can think about photons as virtual electron - positron pairs, obtaining the necessary virtual electron-positron pair annihilating to 2 photons, they can be considered as a graviton, because the magnetic force between the electron and positron moving toward each other is an attractive force. It's just that gravity is the weakest force. It's not even a real force - its an effect of the bending of spacetime, not a cause of attraction. Electromagnetism literally holds atoms together. Magnetos ability when scaled up theoretically lets him literally control any matter by reconfiguring protons and electrons

Magneto can manipulate the electromagnetic spectrum on the atomic scale. Therefore he must also be able to affect gravity on the atomic scale too or at least manipulate the foundation behind the system of gravity. This is just plausible conjecture.

well , Magneto can generate electromagnetic energy like an electric attack with electricity , Copper conducts electricity . in a way Magneto's power can have effect on copper , depends on how he use it . If electricity goes through a coil of copper wire ,The copper wire itself can turn magnetic , or a magnet move around a copper coil , the copper can generate electricity . so yes Magneto's power does have effect on copper under some circumstance .
