Paralysis by Analysis... meaning watching too many videos like this one instead of just putting in the real work.

1. Stop thinking about the KZbin Algorithm and only think about the Viewer a. Turn Potential Viewers into Active Viewer (watches more than 1 video) and hopefully a Core Viewer (huge fan, watches a lot of your videos) then Hard Core Viewer (leave comments, are really engaged, etc.) i. Focus on a content strategy that does this ii. A person can go from being a Hard Core Viewer all the way back to being a non-viewer due to lack of innovation/not understanding what the viewer wants b. You'll actually want to make material for everybody BUT the Hard Core Viewer to expand your audience, though perhaps more of the Potential and Active Viewers should be your primary focus

Derral! This is my second channel and we launched a month ago. We launched with 3 videos like you said, but also did shorts. I've read your book and cant wait for the next book to be released. I've binged your Lives and learned so much form you. I have Vid Summit replays and cant wait to attend IRL!! Wish I could join jumpstart as well. We are getting most of our views for KZbin reccomended and Suggested Video which I know is good. It's only a matter of time. If you want to see my analytics I'd love to share. How do I get my comments from being blocked when I cut and paste things that I don’t want to repeat saying! Is it the algorithm that picks me up as a bot or even if I say the same things instead of the cut and paste comment, It still picks it up and deletes my comments! SOMEBODY HELP

I usually just block them or use the "hide this user" feature so their comments won't appear anymore.

@@1980xyz why? You should be able. Go either to your yt studio and go to I think settings then community and the hide user, or go into your comments section, look for that person's comments trolling you, then click the 3 dots, and hit hide user on this channel

Derral thank you so much! It's always a treat when you go live, because I personally know after only 1 year on KZbin that you are going to be super passionate and motivating. I've been following your journey with "The Chosen" you and your team are incredible. Such a great interview with Mike Rowe and the Harmon Brothers. I know you are a very busy man and you still take the time to give your heart, passion and money to anyone that will listen and willing to grow in life and KZbin. I can't think you enough for all of the help you have given me. This LIVE was exactly what I needed, because it's what you teach in your book, but it's hard to understand until you reach that point in your YT journey and having you talk directly to me just felt good. I'm so new at this KZbin stuff and all I hear is keep going DON'T GIVE UP!! I'm not giving up, it's hard when you are a ONE MAN SHOW like me, of coarse I have a great support team, but it's just me learning everyday trying get better at EVERYTHING and we are not even talking about my craft, KZbin has consumed me being the producer, director, editor etc...
