7:10 I take such good care of my teeth I don't need to clean my teeth at a dentist often. The last time I went after not having gone for over a year, the doc said my teeth were in good shape. I have a 6 step brushing routine that I follow every night, and recently I've started incorporating interdental brushing into my routine

Great video 👍 . I just subscribed to your channel . I’m from Australia 🇦🇺. Thanks for the hygiene tips your very informative. I don’t really like the smell or men’s deodorant they smell too strong . Plus I don’t like strong smells of deodorant and perfume . Each to their own . I find women’s deodorant works well for me . I never shave 🪒 my arms . I used to use the Nivea in shower 🚿 body lotion 🧴.

Yes,hair shaved any where in your body grows back so it only makes sense if the hair on your chin grows back

If you shave the hair no it will NOT grow x2 faster any dermatologist will tell you that. I do dermaplaning often and the hair on my face hasn’t changed

Wash under your arms with head and shoulders. Sweat and musty smell are gone. All day, i have stopped wearing deodorants, and i usually sweat and can get musty. Using this is better than using benzoyl peroxide
