*What riffs do you want for Episode 2?* Here are ten iconic and heavy metal guitar riffs for you guys! We are looking at some true classics such as Slayer, Pantera, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Megadeth and others like Slipknot, Dragonforce and Rammstein! I wanted the bands to be various which is why there is only one riff per band in this riff list! Also the tunings vary and yes, I played everything on that guitar. How is this possible? @@alexostrovskyi Cannot type in Russian or any other language but...long before there was Metallica or all its copycats...there was Black Sabbath whose prototype sound and playing style after over half a century still maintains its authority that essentially paved the way for all their imitators...Iommi was the original heavy metal riff genius...just listen to their first four albums and you can hear all the musical ground they plowed for everyone else to follow...Zep did it for hard rock...Sabbath for heavy metal...case closed !

An absolutely amazing list! Is it just me, or is Electric Eye a little underrated? I feel like I don't see it mentioned too often when people talk about classic riffs, and it's so damn good! Loved hearing you play Holy Wars! Maybe my favourite thrash song ever. TTFAF sounded awesome. It was good last time I heard you play it, but there was maybe a little stiffness in the picking. It sounds smooth and perfect now. You nailed it! \m/ Outstanding riff choices, flawless playing, and a really great job capturing all the different tones. Awesome video! :)

It was nice to see Dragonforce in the list, Jassy. Du Hast (Rammstein) has a nice riff, as does the Trooper (Iron Maiden), the Priest, and also Megadeth and Metallica. Nice selection of Iconic Riffs.

I do love Iron Maiden and love to play them, These are some great riffs and very welll done. You have gotten me way into Metallica, it's not that I wasn;t but Maiden was my go to to play. Why not researching a bit before posting such a comment? 😊👍 Check out my video for „Toast to The Devil“ for example. It’s one of our new original songs. My band Oversense just released a full length album back in September featuring songs I‘ve completely co-written and also all Leads written by myself. Check out my Kirk Hammett solo video, my review for the Xiphos or countless guitar covers where I have written my own guitar solo as the song doesn’t have one. You know the real deal about playing guitar is having fun. You don’t need to proof yourself „worthy“ by creating originals. That is nonsense. The real deal is to amaze people and bring joy in their eyes. Covers, originals? Shouldn’t matter.
