Avoid London or just the south in general, the north is vastly overlooked by people wanting too travel here , people are generally more friendly and outgoing than the south, get out the cities and visit villages and towns, they offer a completely different perspective to live in England. A visit too a local town pub is a must so is being able too speak the bare minimum of the English language! It gets cold here , really cold depending on the seasons and if it's winter the days are short and night's are long. One more tip is make sure you've enough spending money for your trip, England is an expensive country especially if you are visiting the south , avoid the tourist traps around hotspots and don't be afraid of traveling on public transport, it's safe and well accessible , trains , buses , taxis will all get you anywhere you want too go , Google maps is excellent too plan a journey here as it gives you all the information you need as in too what bus you need, train platform and timetables. We have some excellent parks and attractions for the thrill seekers or the reserved individuals! Best of all enjoy your time here, soak up our culture and hospitality and have fun!

My advice if your going to the UK is to seek out Tourist Information in any town or city , don't be too loud speaking and learn how to queue 😂

if you're going to London, don't go to the London Eye. It's expensive and overrated. Go to the Sky Garden. It's free. You just need a ticket and the views are much better.

Oh Brighton seems to be a lovely place - I liked the houses in the back of your video! My advice would also be as not to go the large cities but to smaller villages rather. They are more charming imo and people might be more relaxed? Idk. We once went to the isle of Mull by car and stopped in small youth hostels on our way up there. That was a lovely trip - very versatile.

I am an English speaker and I lived in the UK for 18 months. 2004-06. I found most things easy to navigate. I also found it safe most of the time. I am not sure how safe it is now though. I know that nowadays in places like London there is more knife crime. England was the first place I went to abroad, and compared to South Africa, I found it very safe. I only had one experience of feeling unsafe. Also please visit Edinburgh. It was one of my favourite places.

If you are American, do not ask for the "bathroom/restroom". People won't know what you mean. Try and tone down your American accent and say to-mah-to, not to-may-to :-)))). If you are driving, this driving on the left side of the road is really weird, but you get used to it.
