1. For those with dry skin a ceramide based moisturizer is the best choice.. otherwise hyaluronic acid ones will do 2. For 30 plus women retinol cream at night 3. A Broad spectrum sunscreen with atleast SPF 50 is a must have for everyone ragardless of age, gender or skin type. Protection from UV A prevent aging and UV B protection prevent sunburn. So a broad spectrum one is an essential skin care item for everyone 4. Vitamin B 3 ( niacinamide) and vitamin C serum are important for pigmentation and antiaging effect. 5. Green tea is an excellent antioxidant. Preferably to be used during day hr as sun exposure generates free radicals which damages skin 6. Aloe vera has multiple benefits like including anti aging. 7. For pigmentation creams with kojic acid, arbutin, licorice are effective 8. Look for these ingredients before buying any product, be it cream, serum or mask 9. Avoid direct sun exposure as much as possible. Sun is the root cause of lot of skin problems including pigmentation, wrinkling and skin cancer 10. Eat healthy to take care of your skin. Minimise sugar consumption, eat whole food not processed ones, discard junk food. Add lots of green veggies and fruits (anti oxidants), yoghurt (probiotics), fish oil nuts etc (Omega 3 fatty acid) and food rich in fibre in your diet.

Great video Jovita! Liked the concept. Being an Indian living in USA I always get excited about good Indian products. That being said, putting avacado oil on your face is probably not a very good idea as it is comedogenic inherently. Even if you have dry skin, applying comedogenic substance on your face can cause acne and breakouts! My two cents 😊
