You seemingly forgot the first Lesnar vs Angle match. In the build up to Mania 19 there was concern that Angle was in no condition to go (he probably wasn't but its Angle so he'd never admit that) so they booked the 2 to headline a Smackdown a few weeks from Mania with the plan to switch the belt. Angle would then take time off and Benoit would be switched to fill the gap. Instead at the eleventh hour Angle nixed the idea and they brought in Eric Angle to do the twin magic switch leading to a screwy Angle win. Thinking about the match though its easy to see why you'd overlook it.

Also some of these Raw and Smackdown main events during Draft 1.0 was because of the single brand PPVs for chunk of time. What's interesting about the Sid v. Bret steel cage match is I believe that was the first and I think only time Bret lost a cage match. He had a pretty stellar record in them up to that point. But there was another record in play too. The WWE Title had never changed hands in a steel cage match and in fact, it wouldn't change hands in one until Extreme Rules 2009 when Batista beat Randy Orton for the title.....then got injured and had to vacate the title immediately afterwards. D'oh! The next time would also be at Extreme Rules a couple years later when John Cena beat The Miz and John Morrison on the same night Cena announced to the crowd that Osama Bin Laden had been "compromised to a permanent end" lol. And I don't believe it has changed hands in a steel cage match ever since. So winning the title in a traditional steel cage match (not Hell in a Cell/Elimination Chamber etc.) is a pretty difficult thing to do in WWE.
