@@coolusername9077 he had exceptional strength, lifting weight on an Olympic power level, but didn't have superhuman strength if I remember correctly. The intensity I think is the primal realistic feel it has of his character getting a death choke on the big guy, and the dude thrashing about with Bruce Willis holding on for the finish...it's not pretty, or flashy like 99% of fight scenes and pretty much how it would have to go down with that much of a size advantage irl.
