Man having issues trying to figure out which diablo to buy. Lol is the T2 the one that comes with can tunes. But I also can get a tune emailed to me from J Greene and use it on there? And who unlocks the PCM ? Or does the T2 come with that for $599 ?

You can get either the T2 or i3 tuner - both have can tunes on it (93 tune). You need to get a package deal, not just the tuner. You need the tuner + PCM unlock or PCM unlock Swap. The swap means you get an unlocked PCM from them & you have 1 week to send them yours in the return box they provide.
