Going over about 600HP in the Charger without drag radials doesn't improve performance from a dig. If you have drag slicks on a prepped track, yes, you will turn great times. But if you are on street tires, adding 300HP to the Hellcat is useless under 100mph

V8 doesn't come with awd. Only v6. I'm not completely sure but i think Hennessy only tunes up the car you have. Maybe they do engine swap but you would have to call the company and ask.

Having driven a Charger R/T Scat pack in the US as a rental (Basically an SRT without the supercharger)... I love the Chargers. So my choise would be the Charger. Even though it's heavy, it's a perfectly practical car, lots of space, huge trunk, and great looks. Only car allowed to have rear lights that run the entire rear in my opinion :-D

Power delivery has got nothing to do with the speed of the shift.. in terms of this occasion.. the problem was the car not being able to put its power down, not that the shifts were slowing it, on a side note the paddles shift exactly the same speed as its the same gearbox system either changing in auto or manual.. I was using the paddles for a specific reason 👍

Power to weight ratio is a very interesting thing because it's the fundamental of physics and it's results are mind blowing. Mercedes AMG a45 S has 2 lt 4 cyl 421 hp engine and it does the 1/4 mi in 12.3 sec as well as the mammoth which has 6.2 lt v8. Fascinating stuff indeed.

There are a lot more variables, physics is indeed very complicated :)), as tire size, tire width, tire profile, tread pattern, gearbox gearing, aerodynamics, suspension, tarmac, ambient temperature, fuel and there are a lot more :))) wheel weight and so on :))), but there again, CarWow drag-races are not something scientific, just some blokes having fun, for proper stuff, CarWow is not the way to go, to compare cars, it's just entertaining.

That power in a charger is unless without a sticky radial and beadlock in the rear. The TRX, is nuts. The fact it’s making that power while going up from a 35’ to 37’ tire is mental. As a modified TRX owner I can attest that these trucks are insane.

I had the 392 charger for a few years, I even put really good 275mm (widest tires stock rims can handle) tires on the back and even that, with 485hp, was extremely hard to get good launches with.
