I have a great brain diet, get lots of exercise, have a positive peer group and am doing better with sleep. Still working on killing those ants, but am reading every day and am keeping a gratitude journal. Thank you, Jim!

Memory is important, but understanding is also key. For example, I can memorise all sorts of math formulas, but if I don't understand what each element of the formula means, then my amazing memory is lacking one of the most crucial parts. Understanding certain math problems is my main problem.

I am actually doing a good job on eating good brain diet. Every morning I eat some blueberry, carrot, apple, grape, orange, cherry tomato, all of them in a small amount. And drink avocado+banana+Kale smoothie a couple of times a week. But I know that not having bad food is more important than eating good things. I enejoy snacking, and sugary food. I should try to avoid them. As the New Year has been started I tiydied up my house followed by Marie Kondo’s method. It worked well and and I learned that tidying can be a form of meditation. So now, I acheived a clean environment. The problem is a positve peer group. I am a immigrant here in the states, have not many friends. I spend 24 hours with my husband, I have some social meeting once in every other week, other than that I have no connections with others. It really is affecting me a lot. Since he is very emotional and has a lot of stress from his work, it is easy for me affected by his feeling. I wonder if cyber friends can be counted as a peer group.

I think you should definitely try to see if you can find people online, not the same as in real life but can still give a lot of joy! I think Jim Kwik has some groups? Or maybe ask if there are other people in the comments who are interested in starting a Kwik group? Good luck! ☀️🌟

Thanks for the inspiration Jim, I really need to improve my sleep, stress managment that according to is connected with the negative thoughts that visist and attack my brain, and perhaps by getting to exercise which I don't do even if I want to but due to the busy schedule i end up postponing it all the time and its never done! I've got to start now.

I'm currently working on having a positive peer group. I've avoided people for a few years now, because I had to develope strict boundaries for whom I allow into my life. Now, I am more inviting, but with a much more vigilant and protective attitude.

Thank you Jim 🧠 For me the hardest part is killing ANTs, i keep telling myself that i'm not a social person, that i'm very shy and that i could do better. I don't want to be like that. So now i realize that i have to be "that person for me" and talk to myself with more love. 🫀
