Learn more about IBD here: draxe.com/infl...
It’s estimated that 1.4 million Americans suffer from Inflammatory Bowel Disease, whether in the form of Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis. Crohn’s disease is a type of IBD characterized by inflammation of the lining of the gastrointestinal, or digestive, tract, abdominal pain, severe diarrhea, fatigue, weight loss and malnutrition. When left untreated, Crohn’s can cause serious complications due to the malabsorption of nutrients and prolonged inflammatory responses that degenerate healthy tissue.
In this episode of Ancient Medicine Today, Jordan Rubin shares his journey with Crohn’s disease and the top natural remedies to help conquer Crohn’s and colitis, including essential oils, supplements, herbs, spices and foods to eat and avoid.

I believe my brother is currently suffering with Crohns. The past two weeks he’s been having stomach pain, diarrhea with blood and has lost weight. I took him to the hospital and dr said his intestines are inflamed, suspects crohns! He ate horrible for about 8 years so I think that’s what caused this extreme inflammation!! 😢

i had colitis for almost 20 years,anti- inflammatory diet and intermitten fasting helps me a lot but when i stop it, the problem came back, the think that almost cured my colitis was mastic chios is the resin from the shrub Pistacia lentiscus, var. chia and here in greece is local product, but we use it only as fragrance in pastries or as gum. Mastic looks like frankisence but it smells tottaly different and is eatable, here in greece it is relative cheep, but idont know how cost in usa or other countries. I took 3-4drops every morning, with empty stomach for about three months since then i have sometimew only minor problems , but ikeep continue anti- inflammatory diet, sorry for my bad english,i wish i helped you.

You can also go to Amazon.com and put in "books by Jordan Rubin" into the Google search box - a LOT of books etc will come up by him so pick which you want to start with after you read about them. @@ConquerCrohns And I agree with you, too. I know a guy who cured his severe crohn's through 2 weeks of fasting and subsequent vegan diet. His diet was comprised of lots of starches of whole rice and fibers of salad. I think that because his crohn's didn't creep into intestines (only pylorus but very severe) he could digest fibers. I'm Korean and in my country most natural remedies emphasize the importance of vegan diet and teach that animal products are bane. And thanks for comment, I'll watch all of your videos.

Crohn's problem is blood. I treated him with blood. I took herbs from Egypt. I bought it. It was called a solvent for cholesterol and a solvent for liver fat. I am cured of Crohn's disease. This simply means that neither the colon nor the immune system is the actual problem. If you can well then I can get well too. I need to get my weight back, my health back and my life back! Will definitely give these a try and let you all know when I'm completely well. IBS type C for 23 years. Ebb and flow of depressions and anxiety to go along with this condition which I am now convinced is largely because of gut dys biosis. Sad that the doctors convinced me to have to manage it rather than that it could be cured. What a living hell, most of my whole life to battle this condition. Finally I guess a couple weeks ago I had faith and came upon all these fabulous doctors on youtube offering free information on how to heal. I am still uncertain if I can heal my condition but I have began to restrict my diet. It was always restricted but in the end I would fall off my diet at times because if the condition never heals then it gets tiring to never eat wheat or tasty foods. Well my attitude has changed because if there is any hope to get well in my lifetime then I will put 150 percent effort in to see it happen. Back in my day IBS was not seen as serious. This doc and I are nearly the same age. I didnt understand why it wasnt seen as serious as my life changed so dramatically and it does hurt too, after years I just always ignore the pain and discomfort. It's a total disaster to live with a chronic gut illness. Shame on all the doctors who mislead people saying it can not ever be cured

I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis 6 years ago. I stopped drinking coffee, replaced sugar by stevia, I try to choose fresh fruits and vegetables as much as I can. Someone adviced me to eat medical aloe vera gel directly from the plant during fasting and at night. The first week I noticed more energy. After 1 month I was healed. It worked for me. It may work for you. Never ever give up. There is light in our path. It has been 2 months using aloe. Amazing results. It is considered a super food plant for all the vitamins and minerals it contains. It is a kind of natural multivitamin. It is called "the miracle plant", "the fixes all".

Crohn's problem is blood. I treated him with blood. I took herbs from Egypt. I bought it. It was called a solvent for cholesterol and a solvent for liver fat. I am cured of Crohn's disease. This simply means that neither the colon nor the immune system is the actual problem. The whole story is blood and arteries, because it is the food of the body, without which it will not recover from any disease

Switched to SCD diet, which is low carb, fermented foods etc. It works. I healed within two months. You have to quit food that is causing the flare. If I had another one, I would switch to carnivore diet this time.

My 17 year old daughter was diagnosed with UC for 2 years. I noticed that her flares were caused by C-Diff bacteria. She was in and out of the hospital due to bleeding and weight loss due to c-diff. Once the cdiff was cured she has been feeling so much better. She has been put on Lialda, which I feel does not help her. Currently she is anemic, receiving iron infusions. She has no symptoms, no bleeding, no pain, I took her off Biologics(Remicaide) and thinking of taking her off Lialda now. Gastro Doc told me she is different and to take her for a second opinion. What? Please advise.
