Seems to me they would do best in a midway situation. Can tolerate some dryness but prefer a bit of moisture. There’s a sedum in the mix so I don’t think they are suitable for a really damp/wet spot.

I live in a high rainfall region. I have a problem keeping the modern Echinaceas through the winter. Any tips?

They are not happy with wet it has to be said. Covering will help and not cutting back until spring. Anything to protect the crown. Or try in pots that can be moved in.

Would these plants do well in a very stony dry soil in the shade,my soil is also very thin. 😊
