I needed this. ID for 6 years. Was thrown into it learning it o the job along with my boss and peers. Now that I've moved on and doing freelance on my own, I'm feeling like my ID skills are so outdated and I dunno where to start. Wish I found this channel sooner.

Great video! So many good tips and thoughts, I jotted a few notes. Besides the Nancy Durante books and Amy's Ted Talk, do you have any other suggestions for books or presentations to look up?

Really awesome videos!! Will you possibly be doing a comparison video on Moodle and Storyline 2 in the future? Would love to hear your views.

Hi all, I'm wondering how the teachers here broke into instructional design? I've always loved content creation and have experience working with elearning software, creating worksheets, evaluating outcomes etc. I'm just finding most jobs are looking for people with experience. Any help would be great!
