Good point , seeing as an estimated 3-5% ( closer to 2-3% in Dec 21) of world population owns crypto. To grow to 1B in year would be amazing! However, with the current state of things , zthat growth might be low estimate the US/USD , continue to debase, etc have been and continue worsening.

Investing and trading are more than just having TA skills.there is a big component of discipline and emotional maturity,that one has to work on! Time in the market vs timing the market. If you keep that mentality as an investor, you will stay calm during the storm! Within some months I was making a lot more money and have continued on that same path

I hate to bring this to you, but healthy food and workout do not prevent illness. People eat healthy and still get cancer while many of those who smoke and eat junk are just fine.

Those people who remain healthy but eat terribly and have bad habits are outliers. Scientific studies overwhelmingly prove that the majority of healthy eaters and nonsmokers do better over time. Genetic anomalies can seem to favor the unhealthy on occasion but the overall numbers tell a different story. Health is an overall lifestyle - a sustainable diet, minimal alcohol consumption, exercise, fresh air, being a nonsmoker, etc. all add up to longevity. This doesn’t mean that cancer and other diseases won’t happen, true. But it lowers the chance of it. Kind of like how being a safe driver doesn’t mean an accident won’t happen or being a good swimmer won’t prevent someone from getting caught in a rip tide at the beach, it’s not always up to us. Environment and the actions of other people can also affect our health.
