Love that "you need to go old school!" So true, I teach meditation having done multiple 6 week long silent retreats, 10 hours a day. Clark in TCM traditional Chinese Medicine- each organ is linked to an emotion. So for example the lungs are connected to grief.... liver to anger...so emotions reflect organ energy imbalance or vice versa, someone for ex. who drinks is often called an "angry drunk." as that is the alcohol irritating the liver. Depending on energy flow some drink and get relaxed, so the liver energy in them was more blocked/restricted and it's now moving more smoothly.

Thank you for taking the time to do this. I was thinking of buying the book but there were so many crazy mixed reviews. Now I know why. It's because people want novelty and a quick fix. The very statement that this is old is what draws me in. There is nothing new under the sun. And if you really want to heal, you're going to have to work your ass of to do it. But it's possible. @janetklakable3 жыл бұрын
Interesting. To me we it is an electric universe. The mind creates only perceptions, you may say it is your reality. I say, NO it is your perception of reality. Raise your vibration and you change your perception, actually, everything around you changes. Your connection to others is not mental it is vibrational through electrical means. Like raising the amps on a battery. Being smarter doesn't raise your vibration. Being more loving does.

Clark, thanks for a good summary. I just finished reading You are the Placebo. But I didnt read Becoming Supernatural. I am a freedive/breath holding instructor. So, we can slow down our heart rate by holding our breath and the brain wave will go down to Theta, too because there is no mechanical force from breathing. The longer we hold our breath, the closer we are into the blizz. Heart rate is down to 50 bpm. After 2 minutes of breath hold, I always started to be in my inner world. If anyone wanna learn breath holding, use a freediver technique would help holding your breath super long.

Reading the book 📖 it’s amazing !!’ Can someone explain “As you signal any of those genes ahead of the environment, your body will express a greater potential by expressing new genes to make new proteins for a greater expression of life. “
@kcopara19 ай бұрын
Your thoughts and emotions are signals. Think of wifi signal. The more coherent (positive) your thoughts and emotions, the greater the signal. This signal is an electromagnetic energy. It tells your DNA which genes (think of genes as switches) to express (turn on) or suppress (turn off). So you can turn on genes for health and suppress (turn off) genes for diseases or vice versa, depending on your signal (coherent or incoherent) 😊.
@kcopara19 ай бұрын
To expound on signaling the genes ahead of the environment. This means generating the emotion as if what you want has already happened then sustaining that feeling all or most of the day. Example, you generate the emotion of gratitude as if your healing has already occurred. "So ahead of the experience " The body is so objective it thinks it has already happened and so it turns on the genes (switch) to enable the healing.

I love the idea of synchronicities … but. Isn’t it just as likely (if not more so) that the parents of the child knew who the donor was and what happened to him, and were talking about it when they thought the daughter wasn’t within earshot? Or even that the surgeons were discussing it while doing the operation and the girls subconscious picked up on it? Again, I love synchronicities and believe in them have just read this book by Joe Dispenza, but a big problem I notice is that he does draw conclusions from lots of correlations which is something to be wary of. Love your channel Clark, I’ve been listening / reading all of your book recommendations 🙏🏻
