Idk if it relates or not... for moms out there: please please please please teach your daughters about body boundaries because these little girls are gonna make the next generation and having a bad experience when they're a little girl ... it makes the way to be more in their feminine energy so hard ... I had multiple bad experiences when I was 5...6 and before I saw this channel I was in my masculine energy just because of those experiences and it was so so sooooo hard for me to know my worth and love my body and saying no TEACH THEM❤❤

Learning to cook has not only done wonders for my waistline and my wallet but for my skin too. I am a mature woman and I get compliments on my skin all the time. I swear it’s thanks to all the fresh produce and wholesome food that I eat. Being addicted to green tea helps too 😉

What kind of food do u eat.? For Breakfast? For lunch? And for dinner?
@annebrower32418 ай бұрын
@@losmit2194 I am a vegetarian. For breakfast I’ll eat oatmeal with blueberries and almonds. For lunch I’ll eat rice, beans, avocado, and fresh tomatoes (like a bowl from Chipotle, only homemade.) Dinner will be a salad with spring mix, chopped almonds, dried cranberries, roasted beets and asparagus, and shaved carrots. And I have three cups of loose leaf tea every day. It took me a couple years to fully transition to this diet. It was just a matter of making healthier choices day by day. There are some really good resources here on KZbin to learn more. It’s worth the effort!

Loved this one. Budgeting is definitely the tip I'm working on the most at the moment. The tip I want to share is about social interaction. Hopefully everyone here already does this, but getting off the phone or pausing your conversation while interacting with your cashier/waitress/doctor/etc. I'm always shocked by the number of people who think it's appropriate to be in the middle of a phone conversation while ordering at a restaurant. Not only is it rude but good luck getting that person to do you a favor or go the extra mile for you. The people who exist in the service industry are just that people worthy of respect and kindness.

Budgeting and reflecting on your finances is a big one for me. I use a simple spreadsheet and jot down EVERYTHING, even a good cappuccino. I also have an extra column that indicates what porrion of my income is being spent. The next big one is time management. I try to challenge myself when getting groceries to take at most 45 minutes and not do any endless strolling in the supermarket
