I've always been private even as a young girl. Now as a woman it simply pisses everyone tf off 😅😅 i am on a need to know basis only. I am also not bothered by people's lives. Thry can tell me when they are ready. Funnily the fact that i also dont fuss about them is also an anger point for them 😅😅

i do the writing an email thing A LOT same with comments, i sometimes spend an hour writing it even and then i delete it, with the email make sure the emailaddress youre sending it to has been deleted to avoid an accidental send, it did wonders for my negative emotions because i feel like i can let them go which is something i really struggle to do

I think it’s also important to not be offended when someone decides not to share something. Just as we may want to move in silence others may do the same. Another key is to not say that there are some things that one should not be silent about. Sometimes with the idea of being quiet there is this expectation that some things should be shared. It’s a personal choice. Someone can be pregnant and about to give birth and they may not say anything. It’s their choice. If or when you see a baby, u see a baby. lol.
