10. Making Differentiation Doable: Using Technology to Practice Words, Phrases and Paragraphs
Reading proficiency requires differentiated and scaffolded practice with decodable words, phrases and paragraphs. Differentiation is based on the relationship between data, instructional focus, and targeted practice. Educative technology provides scaffolded practice which incorporates immediate feedback, point-of-use content and concept support, and learner-specific opportunities to repeat tasks. This session illustrates how technology facilitates these interconnected instructional principles and makes differentiation doable. SOR - Foundational SKills ( K - 5)
