@@alaskawolvesI think you look at your eating habits daily, weekly and monthly. So in a week if youre eating 80% healthy then you can have a cheat a day to reward yourself 🫶🏻

The following comment is NOT recommended for children/minors, people struggling with EDs etc. This comment is based ONLY on personal perspective / individual research. If you're finicky about hygiene and don't like to eat after brushing your teeth, flossing, and possibly using a mouthwash that literally says don't eat or drink for X amount of time after use, that could also help with preventing unwanted snacking or eating + drinking. Plus, brushing your teeth can be refreshing and useful in redirecting your energy. Sometimes we just need to get up, go in another part of our homes, and do something else. Some suggest waiting a few minutes after eating before brushing, but every individual knows their own situation.

That's so true, I love sweets but idk how many times I've refused to eat a sweet treat late at night because I just had flossed and brushed my teeth. Also, I can see way you did the warning in the beginning and I'm grateful that you did it.🫶🏻

ADHD blessing: intermittent fasting is easy. If I can’t see food, I’m not thinking about it. This can also be a double edged sword, because waiting TOO long to eat (until my blood sugar is so low I will eat the first thing I see) makes moderation more challenging. For all the neurodivergent peeps out there, spending a little extra on pre chopped veggies, and the smaller containers of protein rich foods like cottage cheese and Greek yogurt is totally worth it. If it’s easy to grab, easy to not think about portion size, you will actually eat the good food you need and not the crap that’s just convenient. It was a game changer for me.

The biggest thing that has changed my energy levels is walking after meals!! I have PCOS so I follow a pretty low sugar, anti-inflammatory diet as it is, but walking helps SO much for balancing blood sugar. I no longer need to lie down after meals, I can keep going throughout my day:))

After being criticized by my mom for being too thin in my teenage years I began to intentionally eat worse to gain weight and gain curves. While I love my thicc thighs and overall fuller shape now, I don’t love my stomach. Seeing Haley’s transformation has added to my desire to be healthier and more conscious about how I treat my body

How I process a “sexy workout” is mental/visual- as one that prefers a more dressed down look- I model so I imagine the body parts I’m focusing on, when on the treadmill I picture the runway while intentionally focusing on how I stretch flex & use each muscle in my walk.

I’ve been watching your videos since the beginning of your health journey. You are such an inspiration and I love listening to you and your positivity is infectious. Thank you for being you and you look absolutely amazing! I’m still struggling with my own journey but I know I’ll get there eventually. Got a few demons to slay before I am ready to focus completely on changing my entire lifestyle. It’s difficult for me because I’ve been small my entire life without having to watch my diet or exercise. I was just naturally small. And now that I’m older and a mom, things have drastically changed and I can’t look at a cookie without gaining five pounds. So after 40 years of eating whatever I wanted, to having to completely change my eating habits is incredibly difficult. But I’ll get there. I have to, I can’t continue to live like this. It’s literally killing my soul. I’m so depressed because of how I look and I have no social life because I’m embarrassed of how I look. Not to sound conceited but I was always considered to be the pretty one in my friend group and always had my pick at who I wanted to date and now I feel so disgusting it just tears me up.

I love my walking pad it’s helped me lose about 14-15 lbs since December. I watch videos that feed me something positive like this, while I walk. As a snacker I’ve been getting protein bars to help curb my late night snacking taste or any Low or no sugar snacks.

I love it! And I’ve learned from being single on a budget shop the sales! I will mix in Lululemon with workout stuff from Amazon or TJ Maxx. No one believes I turned 50 2 weeks ago. After I recover from my shoulder surgery I will start back doing planks. I love Pilates.

Hailey you are glowing 🩷 I go to soulcycle and Pilates each week and my husband weight lifts and runs marathons. When the weather is nice after our dinner, we go for an evening walk around our neighborhood and I think that's helpful when it comes to staying healthy and fit!

following your weight loss journey has definitely been such a motivational force for me to start my own journey. thank you for simplifying and romanticizing healthy habits, i used to seriously overcomplicate it! i incorporated IF about a month ago (subconsciously following the 80/20 rule) and went from 173 to 159 and i feel SO much bettter. i can't even remember the last time i saw this number on the scale. cant wait to see the pounds keep shedding, so i can be the best version of myself at 27 y/o ✨

I just want to say that your channel dragged me out of a very dark place- I ended a toxic friendship, started working on my relationship to food, started running long distance again since my last race, and in general my mental health is miles better. Wonderful video! Everything you said works! I do so many of them already. The 80/20 rule is gold if you can master it! It’s work for me and you do have to be tough mentally to pull this off. Many people at work or in your life will eat things around you and offer food that does not fit the bill so you have to be strong enough to say no thank you.

Saw this video and got to the plank recommendation and I immediately got down and did a minute! A good idea would be that if you enjoy KZbin videos like me, especially longer ones, holding yourself accountable to plank for the first minute (usually while KZbinrs are doing their introduction) you can use it as motivation to be more consistent!

I feel you girl! I’m a single mom to a special needs little girl and am also addicted to unhealthy food. Never struggled with weight issues until now and changing bad eating habits this far in life is soooooo hard!
