10 mile West Sussex trail run with mud, deep water and a double rainbow!

Come with me on a Saturday trail run starting at Amberley in West Sussex.
This 10 mile loop has everything - hills, stunning views, late evening sunshine, water-logged fields, mud and rain!
The route is actually the Maverick Dark Skies West Sussex long course; but I am doing it in daylight and anti-clockwise!
I'm a middle-aged, leisure runner who enjoys the countryside - why not come along with me as I explore new places and find out about them?
And if you have any suggestions for other runs I might try, or locations I should explore, please let me know - I always read all the comments on my videos.
