I hope you are feeling ok! Love ths playlist. 3 Months ago I went from a standing, very active job to a deskjob and my body is getting so stiff! I will use this playlist after my workdays to feel better and to let go of the day. Thank you

Great suggestion! While I didn't cover them in the video, some good preparatory poses for the traditional pigeon pose are the 'seated pigeon' (also known as seated figure 4) and the 'reclined pigeon' (or reclined figure 4). If you search these names online, you'll find plenty of pictures. Many find these variations a great alternative or a stepping stone toward the traditional pigeon pose. Hope this helps! :)
