I have a lot of post-surgical scar tissue that NEEDS to be worked on. This was hard for me and I had to pause it multiple times. But I LOVED IT!! It felt great, my back feels so much better now and I am totally in love with these moves. THANK YOU, THANK YOU LEILAH!!

Hi, I have been doing some of your dance workout videos, and they’re so much fun. I don’t even keep track of the length of time I workout because your dances are so enjoyable. I did this video today on the belly fit app, but I loved it so much I had to come over and comment! I work from home and this was the PERFECT movement snack! my shoulders and hips feel pretty good after sitting at the computer all day. I think this will become a daily video for my second break. I've gained quite a few pounds over the last couple years due to a thyroid problem even though I'm taking medicine now. I mean I just got back on the medicine again after running out and not being able to get back to my doctor because they are always booked, so I got a lot of belly fat in my midsection. Is this workout pretty good at targeting that area, because I really am desperate to get it off. I'm going through menopause right now too and it ain't fun. I'm middle aged. You know, I hate to admit it but it is what it is. I'm almost 50. I've always had a problem with my midsection, even when I was young, even when I was skinny I always had a little bit of a belly. I have heard stories about people who have had amazing body transformations at any age, even at the middle-age mark or even elderly people from very fat and flabby to fit and firm, and that's what I want to do. I'm just wondering if this workout might be beneficial and help me out a lot? Is there anybody on here that have had the byproduct of losing a lot of inches of fat in their midsection and maybe have spoken about it?
