Welcome to your mat for Day 15 of the 2023 Evolve Yoga Challenge! This 10-minute hips and back routine is perfect for all levels (beginners welcome!) and recommended first thing in the morning!

We’ll begin laying down on the floor, pressing the soles of the feet into the floor and breathing to center ourselves. Send your breath into the low back and hips before you even start moving. From here we’ll go into a powerful thigh stretch that evolves into a twist. Next, we’ll go into pretzel legs, where we really pull our knees in close to the chest… invitation to subtly rock here if that feels good. We’ll then close our practice with one last hip stretch as we press the floor away from us and sink our hips into the mat. Challenge yourself to make your low back wider with the breath. And now just notice how your lower body feels!
