Follow along with this 10 min foam roll routine to release tight hips and ease stress on lower back muscles. This routine involves the best foam roller exercises for lower back pain and releasing tight hip muscles.
This is a guided foam roll routine you can do with me and learn how to foam roll around lower back. This foam roll workout is great for myofascial release improving hip mobility and improving lower back recovery from muscle tightness related discomfort. This is NOT designed to fix disk related issues.

I have bad right knee pain which has gradually moved to my right hip can I perform these exercises to relieve the pain ?

How often would you repeat these per week?

Probably start with 3 if you’re very tight then reduce to just once or twice after a while just to maintain pliability

Good job! - Paris France. Hip arthritis at it's beginnings and athletic, so I am working on stretching and strengthening but this seems to relieve built up tensions i have in legs especially.
