Can I skip the prone exercises if I don’t have access to something to rest my head on (otherwise I’ll strain myself) or will this comprise the workout?

Do it standing in a bent over horizontal position hinging at the hip or just substitute it out for something else like a front plank

Question, I also see people just let go at the top of the deadlifts, is that ok bc they didn’t wrap as many times?

Yes, I prefer wrapping more so can’t do that. Just one loop round and you could let go though

Gravity working down vertically but your rotator cuffs resist force horizontally with this movement

I think 90% of people will be using a box/sofa/chair for Pistol Squats so you’re not along in that. Keep it up 👍🏼💪🏼

Day 14 in the bag on the Costa Blanca - sweaty and challenging but achievable. Can see the improvement from day 1 so will be doing the whole series again though I am also interested in trying out some of your workouts with dumbbells. Thanks!

I think over 30 everyone has a slightly dodgey body (me included). Keep moving & well done. Work towards getting the whole routine completed 👍🏼💪🏼
