I loved it so much I had to do it 3 times 🤣 Thank you Sami, you are amazing! Update: I have been doing this workout for 1 whole week, 2 to 3 times a day and I see a big difference on my legs, they look so much more toned and strong. I am so happy, this is exacty what I needed!

Jana Muhaidat honestly my opinion is going to be invalid because everybody has different bodies and it may take more time or it may take less time to see the results, but I did multiple workouts, i did Chloe ting and Sami. I did Sami’s thigh workouts and I’m currently doing Chloe’s summer shred 2020 I saw A HUGE change, my body drastically changed I took videos, pictures etc. i love Sami but her workouts are short term if you want to see a change you’ll have to workout regularly. Chloe has long term workouts she has a free program and most of her programs last up to 30 days. Chloe’s workouts have had a huge impact on my body Sami’s workouts also played a huge role but again her workouts are short term. It took me 3 months to achieve a thigh gap. I have thigh fat when I sit down so I’m trying to eliminate that so I’m not that satisfied with them but yes I have seen a huge change with my body not only my thighs and I highly recommend Chloe ting and Sami. Remember that you need to have a clean diet don’t completely cut out sugar but have a bit and measure your quantities.

Niyadadon _ yeah I agree but sometimes I get bored by doing the same workout for 2 or 3 months so that’s why I prefer Chloe but I did her abs in 10 days and the results were amazing.

i usually love ur workouts, but this one doesn't work for me at all. my hips are hurting so bad because they are pressing to the floor and my shoulders hurt too. and i don't have the muscles to do this...
