Crazyyy rl I don’t diet at all really, I just reduced my snacking a little and added some uphill cardio to work up more of a sweat before this workout. I just try to eat a little more consciously lately, but I still eat plenty of cookies! 😉

@@moraga1207 it is effective yes but you also have to keep in mind that this alone won’t bring you all the results. Different fragments play a role such as nutrition and daily movement. But out of personal experience I can say that after doing it for a while I definitely noticed my core getting stronger and more ab definition :)))

I did this just once and I feel a much more burn in my abs than the chloe ting one. I did chloe ting 2 weeks abs for almost 3 weeks and I did not saw a change, I felt a more burn in my arms than in my abs when I did chloe ting’s.

Ab workouts are never the waste but if you want some proper gains, or fat losses which are more important for gaining abs, you should follow some structured and personalized diet plan! I got mine on Dietarize, but there are many more great options (especially if you are lazy like me and hate counting calories and macros). I lost 5lbs of fat in my first month, but I have just started💪

i have seen a lot of comments saying that they’ll update their progress in 14 days but never do it. i did this for 2 weeks and i’m gonna tell y’all my results :) day 1 and day 2 were kinda hard because since she doesn’t take breaks i had to take at least 2. but as i keep doing this it gets better and better. i did not do this on weekends because it’s not good to workout everyday with no day break. after the 10 ish days doing this everyday i did see results. i had toned abs and lost fat on the sides and front of my stomach. if you want an hourglass figure i suggest you do someone like chloe ting but if u want toned abs i 100% suggest sami clarke. one thing i would suggest would be to drink A LOT of water because that is a major factor in losing weight. i drink 8oz of water 8 times a day, so that’s basically 64oz of water each day. hoped this helped :)

@stefania if you want to lose belly fat i suggest incorporating some high-intensity cardio or hiit workouts into your routine! while workouts like this one, that specifically target the abs, are good for strengthening and toning your abdominal muscles, they won't help you lose much fat. this is because you cannot spot reduce fat by doing exercises tailored to the part of your body that you want to lose fat. instead, losing fat is an all-over body process, so the best way to do that is getting your heart pumping and your whole body moving in cardio and hiit exercises. for my workout routine, i like to do a 20-30 min cardio workout followed by a 10-15 min ab workout, and i feel that doing so has really helped me to both lose fat on my belly (and elsewhere across my body) and tone my abs at the same time. i hope this helps! :)

i 1000% recommend this workout. it’s literally one of my favourites and i’m so glad that i came upon it. i’m gonna make an update every day. PLAESE REMIND ME i’ll do this but in a while i’ll give the results and stop updating everyday day 1: it was hard but i did it!!! i’m so happy day 2: it was harder cuz my abs were on fire from yesterday but i did it! i feel energized and happy. YOU GOT THIS!!! i also did some horse back riding day 3: rest day :) i did some horse back riding (always take rest daysssss) day 4: i did it but since yesterday was my rest day it was harder. i will keep doing this until i get to the result i want to have. for now i’m seeing an definition vertically so i will keep going. day 5: i did it! i did this and then took a shower. also this morning i did some horse back riding :) day 6: i just finished it! this morning i saw more defined abs and a flatter stomach. i’m happy with the results but i’m gonna keep going to see if i can get a little more ;) day 7: i did it day 8: rest day:) day 9: i just finished and my abs are BURNING because i didn’t do it yesterday. i’m also doing some sailing but that doesn’t really work the abs. day 10: i forgot. oops. oh well not that big of a deal. i did other indirect workouts. day 11: IM SEEING PROGRESS. if you are looking for a sign THIS IS IT. do this workout it’s the only one that works for me day 12: i did it ur the video kept stopping so i had some 10 second breaks every once in a while

When I started doing this I took about 2-3 breaks and now, 8 days later i Take none with no problem. Being consistent is really important bc at after a while your body gets used to the exercises☺️

alright here we go. I usually never do this, but I'm gonna do this workout everyday for 3 weeks! I'll update here every time and provide my measurements at the end :) (and dw I'll ACTUALLY report back hahah) (Start) height - 5'5"; weight - 120; waist - 27 in. 5/10 - omg it was so hard I am TIRED hahah. I find it to be very similar to the Alexis Red ab workout. Also my neck low-key hurts, but that may be because of my form 5/11 - so tired still LOL the burn is real, but I'm crossing my fingers w this one! 5/12 - still can't do it all the way through without stopping, but I'm getting used to it 5/13 - my neck doesn't hurt anymore! I think using my hands to actually brace it while doing crunches and stuff really helps 5/14 - I feel stronger and can almost make it all the way through without stopping! (the side plank reaches still get me hahaha) 5/15 - forgot to update yest but it’s getting easier:) 5/16 - when I flex I can see lines!! (week 1 measurements) weight - 119.6; waist - 26.9 in. 5/17 - done, it's easier 5/18 - done, lines are more defined when I flex 5/19 - side planks are so much better now! 5/20 - done 5/21 - done 5/22 - break b/c I read somewhere that your muscles need breaks to actually get toned 5/23 - done (week 2 measurements) weight - 118.9 ; waist - 26.5 in. 5/24 - done 5/25 - done 5/26 - done 5/27 - done 5/28 - break 5/29 - done, I want to find a new workout b/c this one's gotten so easy hahaha never thought I'd say that 5/30 - done!! (week 3 FINAL measurements) weight - 117.8 ; waist - 26.0 in. Okay, whew, wow I can't believe I'm finally done. I didn't lose as much weight as I initially wanted to, but I have to remember that it's only been three weeks. I'm really happy with my waist going down exactly an inch though!

If you do this remember not to focus on your weight but muscles. Muscles weigh more than fat;) so don’t be discouraged if you don’t weigh much less or even if you weigh more.

I really love how straight to the point this video is because i can switch to one vid to another without pausing and skipping the talk that most people do before they start to show their workout. i normally never comment but this workout literally works wonders, I have seen such good results, I do it 6/7 days a week and have been doing it for a month now and I don’t have perfect abs but I can see them coming in, and I can feel a lot more muscle! I never stuck with working out everyday but this video is just perfect for me, not too hard not too easy, it makes me want to come back and do it everyday!

if you are still scrolling down to see if it works, lemme tell it works soooo well. it's not a heavy workout, doesn't even feel like 10 minutes and (at least in my case) i saw results after a week. this workout is amazing so try it out and find out for yourself as well !✊🏼

when you crunch up in these exercises, bring up your shoulders along with your neck (rather than just pulling your neck forwards) - if you aren't already this should help!

I loved the workout!! Music 10/10. Just didn’t like how I didn’t know what exercise was coming next because she didn’t talk to us though the video and there wasn’t any breaks:/ but other than that I loved the workout and I felt the burn in my abs!

Today I began a journey, my Sami journey. I will be doing one of her twelve-minute workouts, this workout, and her eight-minute workout. I will actually believe it or not recap how doing this for a week did to me. Day 1: Very fun and my abs sure felt it! Day 2: Finished and already see results day 3: Very late and tired but I finished and definitely seeing definition Day 4: btw I don't do rest days for my ab workouts, but I do for cardio, anyways it is going so good and still loving the videos!! Day 5: Does anyone even care- I'm doing great but felt really lazy today but still did itttt Day 6: I finished nothing much more to say, however I'm impressed I still feel the burnn Day 7: Last day!!!!!!! It was an amazing journey and I'm going to keep doing them

This is the only workout that actually made my abs burn. Like i have literally done almost every ab workout on youtube and this one is by far the best. You exercise every part of your stomach, it burrrrns, but it wasnt too hard that I couldnt finish! Love it so much!

Remind me to finish this! Jan. 8th - Burns a lot and had to take a few breaks. Jan 9th - About the same as yesterday Jan 10 - (I was supposed to break today but forgot) I think i took fewer breaks but not completely sure, Im also gonna add what i ate because I'm not planning on changing my diet Breakfast = Smoothie, Lunch = Caesar Salad + Donut Dinner = Burrito Jan 11th - forgot to update yesterday but i did do it! i ate a smoothie for breakfast, a salad for lunch and pancakes for dinner Jan 12th - I took less breaks and i think see outline of my abs when side planking! I ate Cereal for breaksfast, didnt have lunch but i had a whoopie pie as a snack, and cereal for dinner. Jan 13th - did it, everythings still the same - I ate a muffin, goldfish, vitamin water, chocolate, and havmt had dinner yet Jan 14th - break Jan 15th - definitely way less breaks and when i flex/suck in in good lighting i can see ab out line, im also gonna stop adding what i eat unless someone replys and asks me to:) Jan 16th - Jan 17th - Jan 18th - Jan 19th - Jan 20th - Jan 21st - Jan 22nd - Jan 23rd - Break

Hey guys so I'm going to be doing this workout every day for two weeks to see if there's any difference!! (I've already done Chloe Ting's, Alexis Ren's, and Pamela Reif's 10 min ab workout, and so far I like Pamela Reif's the most.) Day 1: I could do every workout except for the side plank reach-throughs, hopefully I improve on those. Other than that this workout is fairly easy compared to the others I've tried! Day 2: Slightly harder than yesterday but I think it's because I ran 1 mile before the workout. No changes yet! Day 3: Today this workout hurt my neck a lot more than usual, but I pushed through! No changes in my stomach yet.

*credit to the girl that did this first* i’m doing this workout and i’m going to update everyday ! - STARTED: Monday, June 8 day 1: i felt the burn ! and it felt pretty good, the side planks mess w me though !! soo i hope i can get them tomorrow. day 1 score: 7/10 (based on how i think i did) day 2: woke up super sore today, but when i started the work out i deffo felt it, i feel the abs comin thru which im super happy about. i did the full workout, with the side planks included and i’m super proud of myself !! day 2 score: 9/10

I got a recommendation on your video and I was intrigued to try this ab workout out for 7 days during the quarantine. I usually sway away from certain ab workouts on KZbin because I find most of them put a strain on my wrists or legs and I love that yours solely focuses on just working your core muscles rather than relying on other muscles to do most of the work for you. D-1: It would be a lie if I didn't say this was a struggle, I took loads of rest breaks in-between exercises and especially on the extended crunch I could feel the burn. Measurements: 28-inch waist (Goal: 26-inches) Pray for me 🙏🏾

I've been working out every day ( or every 2 days ) for almost a month now and I feel so good. I started with the 2 week shred challenge by chloe ting and some Pamela reif ab workouts and have stumbled across this video around 9 days ago. This is such an amazing ab workout and I do this every 2 days and Alexis Ren's the other days. Y'all u can do this but don't forget to also have rest days and to not starve yourself. I lost 4 kgs since last month and u can definitely see a difference. In case y'all wanna know: so I start off my mornings with Pamela refs 10 min ab workout, then do the chloe ting love handle one and Bailey brown's 5 min ab burn. around lunch time I do Sanne volt small waist workout, Pamela's booty workout and the Sixpack workout. and in the evening I sometimes do this and Alexis. ROCK THIS!!!!!!!!

Day 1-4: (I started this 4 days ago and decided to update on my 5th day) Day 5: girlll my calf’s have been hurting so bad. I also have been going on daily walks. So yeah, I don’t see any noticeable ab lines but my legs and core are a bit sore. Day 6: I decided this early in the morning after I ate breakfast (I waited a bit before working out) my core hurts more than my legs today and I’m starting to see lines on the sides. Day 7: ITS ALMOST BEEN A WEEK! I can do all of the workouts except for the side plank reach thing. Those are hard for me to balance with. Anyway I’m starting to see more of the side lines!! Day 8: ITS BEEN A WEEK! I haven’t seen dramatic results but like I’ve said for the past new days the lines are defined more. I’m excited to look great for the summer!! Anyway I am still having trouble with the plank twists but besides that it’s pretty easy! Day 9: I haven’t seen any difference. I also haven’t gone on a diet or anything but I have been going for walks everyday. Anyway still only seeing those lines on the side which I have naturally. But that’s okay! Day 10: not to bad. I don’t feel sore or anything just a bit after the workout my core feels tight. Again nothing to different though I feel my stomach is becoming more flat! Day 11-16 I took a decent brake from this workout. However I worked on legs, core, and arms for 3-4 days of that break. I am now back at it with this workout. Day 17:

I’ve been doing this workout on an off for the past couple of weeks, just eating home cooked meals as I usually do and I can see my middle abs shaping the center of my stomach! I think I need to lose more fat through calorie deficit to see more results but I’m happy because I feel so strong in my core now ☺️
