I don't think anyone will actually read this, but I've been doing this workout and the waist fat burn workout everyday without a rest for almost a month now (before that I was doing lower belly fat burn for about 2 months without rest days) and i've seen a lot more tone in my overall body shape, I would highly recommend pairing with videos and also adding a daily walk/ bike ride and a calorie deficit to see results much more quickly and significantly, you've got this!

Hey! Some suggestions to improve video UX from a guy who probably trained to 300+ of them: - make it 3 beeps instead of one (like beep-beep-beeeep) for exercise changes; it gives you time to mentally prepare for the change - dark numbers are invisible on dark background - don't hide the preview of the next exercise buntill the break ends; show them 10 seconds before the current exercise or rest period ends and hide right when the next exercise begins You're doing awesome stuff, thank you!

This is the best exercise channel on KZbin, hands down. The routines manage to be very doable, but also very tough (if you work them right).

Thanks for the new workout, definitely built up a sweat! I’ve been following thenx and Fraser Wilson for quite a while and although I love em it gets monotonous after a while, I’ll be checking out more of your stuff!

@@ignite513 Yes, it wasn’t as tough as I initially thought it was going to be, but it wasn’t easy either - it was nice to change up my general ab routine, so it served great!

@@arif7742 I've got fair results but this is not the only ab routine that I've been doing. I tend to switch abdominal exercises as much as I can. I've been also on track with nutrition and the rest of strength exercises. It is also good to mention that I combine all this with a lot of walking. But don't get discouraged. As long as you're in caloric deficit, any strength workout will pay off. It just takes a lot more time than people tend to believe. Also, be consistent - very important.

I’m still continuing your abs workout killer, and still finding it challenging to complete all the sets. I didn’t know you until I was locked inside my room and discovered the joy of working out at home as well. This is the best 10 min abs workout I have found on youtube, during the last exercise it seemed that my abs were burning. I have done a lot of abs training before on channels like THENX, Ivan Rusakov, and many others but this one gave me a lot more pain, and maybe a lot more gain too.

First time on your channel. Great start. I can never find an abs hard enough that I feel they've worked. Another way to step it up, adding ankle weights and dumbbells 💪 it made it that much more productive! Excited to try your other workouts. Subscribing :)
