I got a bone to pick with you, Kory. :P I just made this cake for breakfast and used the biggest mug I could find, which was the size of a soup bowl. After 60 seconds of microwaving, I opened the microwave to find that it had overflowed so badly it looked like someone had explosive diarrhea inside my microwave. Could this be a peculiarity of my brand of protein? This being said... tastes pretty good.

Yea great recipe until you added 400 useless calories of coconut oil and peanut butter. Should’ve used pb2 and left out coconut oil
