Thanks so much Joe. You've literally changed my life and saved me during lockdown. I am doing this as part of training for my school cross country county finals and it does the trick - no one's gonna stand a chance. I've recommended this to all of my friends. You're a life saver. I owe you a million.

Great ten min 'flat out' workout - non-stop but worth it. Good for sticking on at the end of another session.

This wasn’t “easy” I’m now gonna do a second round to get a full workout in but 10 minutes was still hard! Thanks Joe

Yes! This looks exactly like what I had I mind when you last asked for suggestions to add to/improve the channel. 10 minutes of maximum effort, legs on fire! Something like this for upper body next! Also, how about a mostly or all cardio workout with not as many strength/slow controlled movements, to really get a sweat on and burn fat, that would be great! Looking forward to the next video :) 💪🏻

The ten second rests are a great factor here. If you aren't feeling it, you aren't pushing hard enough

Good workout as are most of Joe's. But his groaning and reminding me throughout that the workout is hard is a turn-off. I know it's hard, I'm doing it, no need to remind me. And listening to Joe groan doesn't help either. I'd prefer less commentary.

Late here, but I feel the complete opposite. Seeing Joe react so humanly and show that he’s just like us really powers me on and motivates me. I respect your opinion, though

Did it twice, performance second time round distinctly inferior to the first...! Let the video play to the end then started at the very beginning, giving a 40-50 second rest between the two...
