Such a great little workout. Am finally getting back to some kind of real exercise after the birth of my LO. Been around 17 months. Am so happy to have found such a low-impact, back friendly routine for gentle core strengthening. Wanted to just confirm something for the side plank: where should your knees be in relation to your floor hand? It's not clear in the video. Don't wanna hurt myself while doing such a basic pose. 😅 Thanks for all you do!

@JesusYouAreTheWay3 жыл бұрын
Hi there! Are any of these exercises that you have provided in this video unsafe for pregnancy? I am currently 4 months pregnant with my 5th child, and trying desperately to strengthen my extremely weak core before I have my baby. My last pregnancy was extremely difficult and painful in my last trimester because my body was so weak and out of shape.
@sk_74602 жыл бұрын
There are pregnancy workouts that you can look up on KZbin and do. That’s what I did. I am now almost 6 weeks postpartum and have been cleared to workout. I didn’t stick to the workouts while pregnant or do them as often as I should, but I feel like anything helps. Good luck!

How soon can I do these to get myself back fast as I have a family vaca 3 months after having son , I’m only 8 days postpartum and feeling fine just weak since hardly slept in 8 days went 4 days zero sleep stay up for him to watch it is my second kid and even more less sleep my other I never had DR and I gained a ton with my first way more weight ! I have the uterus pouch still since 8 days after it did take me some time like 4 weeks to finally shrink it up a lot more and 6 weeks to get flatter stomach but 8 weeks to fit into smaller pre pregnancy so I wanna do the same this time and praying I get to got my own health and I’m depressed don’t wanna be seen by any one still with this pound pound and feel huge

@strongerthanyourmind4 жыл бұрын
Really loving these ! I’ve got your freebies about healing DR and using it along with the yogas and this. So much content. I had a finger gap after my 4 th baby. She’s 10 months and the gaps now about 2.5. In this video where you do heel slides with the leg up. Is this safe for me with a 2.5 gap or do I need wait a bit longer to raise my leg?
@PregnancyandPostpartumTV4 жыл бұрын
Head Strong Fitness There is such a huge variation in severity. If it causes any “coning” then I would avoid it or any movement that causes coning. 10 months is so fun! Hope you are hanging in during quarantine
@strongerthanyourmind4 жыл бұрын
Pregnancy and Postpartum TV yeah I noticed a small amount of coning. So frustrating. I feel ready to move on. But my core just isn’t healed yet. We are coping ok. 1 teen, 2 pre teens and a baby in lockdown. So it’s very noisy. But very blessed to be locked down safely with loved ones. Hope your safe and well. Love your videos.
@PregnancyandPostpartumTV4 жыл бұрын
That is a lot. I feel for the teens (and pre-teens). Not an easy time for them (or parents with them). Happy you are safe together though 💞

@PregnancyandPostpartumTV4 жыл бұрын
Sorry for the confusion. There are varying levels of Diastasis Recti. A pelvic floor physio would be able to show you how much you can do. Avoid any movements that cause coning or doming.

Is this safe after c section 11 weeks ago? If not, what would be a good substitute in your postnatal month plan?
@PregnancyandPostpartumTV4 жыл бұрын
It’s safe after your doctor has cleared you for exercise (usually around 8 weeks pp after c-section) along with other video in this playlist kzbin.info/aero/PLRuFBUMIEg8BibcDkZNyq9spZcjOLeDSa Congratulations on your 11 week old baby! 💞
