10 Minute Creamy Gochujang Noodles!

I think it’s about time i started sharing my noodle recipes, i was actually 50/50 when it came to adding cream to noodles since i only add it to pasta but i thought to give it a go and it turned out really good :)
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 packet shin ramyun noodles
1 small red onion
1 tbsp gochujang paste
80/100 ml double/ heavy cream

Hi Laila, I’m not familiar with gouchujang paste. Is it a base similar to Sofrito , Harissa? Is it spicy? Not a problem if it is. I live in Philadelphia Pa, we have largeAsian supermarkets should be no problem finding. Thanks.

Gochujang is a paste which is used in Korean cooking, i also found it only at a asian supermarket first. I don’t personally think it’s the same as Harissa or Sofrito as gochujang goes through a fermentation process and also includes red chilli peppers and fermented soy beans (more ingredients too ofcourse) but cause of this is does have a nice savoury flavour not as spicy. Its not spicier than sriracha but does have a really nice flavour that can be used in multiple dishes. I hope this makes sense
