I make this about every week all summer long. It's so delicious! If I don't have a Korean pear, an apple will do in a pinch. Pears are better, of course. I use buckwheat noodles, though, because bouncy bouncy is my favorite!

Another great recipe. I love the sense of humor between the two of you.
