I have been having anxiety attacks and I panic almost everyday but after regularly doing your 20min yogas and 10min quick sessions I feel so calm. I have a better connection with my body and mind. Much love 💜

Hello yogis!!! This felt so good, I haven’t done any yoga for about 10days until yesterday and today not sure why but I realised how much I’ve missed it. Such an amazing feeling afterwards, guaranteed 🙌🏼🧘🏽‍♀️💜

Yes!!! This is exactly what I wanted. I work in a childcare centre nearly every day and this just puts a bit of relief on your hips

When I told my sister I was doing Yoga online with you, she informed me she had tried Yoga with the learning channel but the instructor was way too fast, so of course I sent her your link. My masseuse suggested I work on hip-opening stretches; after 1 session, my low back pain diminished!!! Will continue this practice daily!!! Thank you!!

I turned 57 y/o in September. I am 300 lbs and a bit tore up from a life in the martial arts, and just generally not taking care of myself. I injured my right hip and was having a bit of a go with it, and my lovely daughter turned me onto your channel. The way you present Yoga makes me want to do Yoga! LOL! Seriously...I get the sense that this is more than just something you do. Your sessions radiate a depth in you when it comes to Yoga. Thank you for sharing this w/all of us. I woke two hours before the alarm, so this was the gentle practice I needed this morning. And any practice that incorporates hugging asanas and bolster support, I find particularly nurturing. Thank you.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you 🙏 for all that you do. This video in particular, is sedimental for me. I was able to complete it with my husband as well. He has a lot of hip pain and was walking better than ever today! 🎉 He loves your videos, too! I enjoyed holding the pigeon pose. It helped me realized that I hold tension in my cheeks and to allow them to relax as well.

I just love the variety of your videos. I can always find something that suits me, either by the length, the strength or the body part. It would be nice if you could make a few more videos with standing yoga exercises and maybe something like "yoga by the work desk" - something simple that can literally be done during a break at work. Thanks and keep it up!

I’m not sure why but sometimes I’m overcome with emotion when I finish your yoga practices and I start crying. Are unresolved emotions stored in the body and does yoga bring these out? I’ve never experienced something like this before. Love your videos, you’re amazing Sarah Beth, you really have a gift.

I’m also a big fan of the “food for thought” suggestions you make such as “tension is who you think you should be and relaxation is who you are”. If I were to offer a suggestion on making your amazing videos even better, do more of this, I love it.

My left hip has really been pinched lately and my low back and sides of lower ribs have been aching. This video 💯 gave me some much needed relief! I know if I do this regularly, I’ll feel so much better!! Thank you for the amazing videos Sarah Beth!

Love these deep stretches for my hips! Starting arthritis in my knees, how can I adapt pigeons to not be such a strain on them?

Don’t have a bolster so I folded my body pillow over onto itself and that seemed to work okay!

Found the bolster uncomfortable - is there a reason to use it vs not use it? Stretch was great without it but I just felt kinda weird using it

I’ve been doing yoga for flexibility mainly so all the other KZbin tutorials have been ‘faster’ but after coming across this slower video I’m shocked at how deeply doing this has rocked me (and I’m a skeptic)

Try and do your morning yoga for beginners 10 minutes and sometimes the 15 minute morning yoga flow before work, feel great 👍🏼💪🏼

Okay maybe because I'm a beginner I don't think I'm flexible enough for this, I tried to hold the pose but it started to hurt :( I hope to do it properly soon

You take way too long in the first pigeon pose, my leg fell asleep, try letting your yogis know how long to hold a pose for

This video is only half pigeon poses, which is why I titled it "Extra Long Half Pigeon Stretches" This is the only video like this - where it is only 1 pose held for 5 mins - so you might like the other restorative or hatha videos.
