Intermediate full Body at home workout in 10 Minutes! Grab your water and a mat and let’s go!
The exercises are performed for 30 seconds each, with 10 seconds rest before we begin next exercise!
0:18 - 3:12 (exercise tutorial)
The Workout:
Rocket pushups
Ab kick throughs / Cork Screws
Alt lunge pulses
High plank alt shoulder tap - row
Please ensure you fully warm up before beginning. I hope you enjoy this full body routine!

I don’t ever workout as it’s not my cup of tea but I’m only here watching this stuff because of how much of a dedicated fan of yours that I am Tay! I could see you picking up someone as big and tall as me with how strong you are considering one of my real life friends that’s also a girl can already do that with how strong she is too minus the workout stuff. @@ivoryas1696 My endurance is very bad as I always start huffing and puffing 5 seconds in and 2nd of all, unlike Tay I’m not that flexible and finally, I maybe strong in a way but not in a way she is or hell even The Admiral David Robinson to the point where I have the inability to lift stuff that heavy. That’s all. Thanks for asking

Easing into this one (it's a lot harder than it looks!) , but I think I'm going to make the 3 floor exercises into a flow. No counting, no timing, just go till you can't. Rest. Then repeat as needed. I'll add the Alt lunge pulses as a finisher. Great work on this one, but I really like flows/chains of movement the best.

Well we can try... Might want a "proceed at own risk" warning to wave an potential liability. I will likely be injured since I'm pretty much 40, and injury is easier to come by it seems.

Yeah I'm a "Navy Seal Burpee" guy and this... this wasn't that fun, the squats were murder for me. I mean--I'll do it again when I need a regular routine break... But ouch.
