This life-changing meditation stopped hundreds in their tracks during estatic dance in San Marcos, Lake Atitlan Guatemala… and brought to tears by this gem (including me) at the Gaia dance that was dedicated to celebrating Keith and life. ❤ Thank you, thank you Keith. This brought me back to the value and power of my own soul.

Hi there Keith I'm from an island in the Caribbean, we get cacao sticks from neighbour islands and the islanders have been using these sticks gratered and added to hot water for many years, someone was talking on a video about cadmium making cacao toxic ..is this true?

Cacao from volcanic soils [most of Central and lots of South America] has more cadmium in it than cacao from Africa. The word is that Nestles, who gets most of their cacao from Africa realized that they could put some of their organic competition out of business even tho there is no evidence that those living on volcanic soils have a problem with cadmium... the cadmium problem is with industrial pollution, not food. With cacao, this is a non-issue... please understand that things are not as they seem.... blessings
