This breathing technique is very helpful to me because my mind not bothered me much. I have a question if you don’t mind I would appreciate it. I’m in very difficult situations and it’s not easy to get through and have solutions. Thank you so much for your advice

Guru ji , i have one question ..i am doing basic breath in and out ..while breath in i am chanting "om namah shivay" ( not verbally )... and then breath out.... is that ok? or what is your advice if i am doing it wrong . Thank you

Dear Guru ji, You can apply your chanting when you think it’s useful for you. We usually chant in the morning and in the evening. The rest of the day we practice mindful breathing (without chanting) to integrate our practice into our everyday life. E.g. when we face difficulties or when we talk mindfully, chanting is not so practical. Therefore, we use our breathing techniques only. Remember, you become good at what you practice. Make it functional. Keep practicing and stay mindful 🙏
