Amazing! Thank you. When I practice kicking up on my own, I tend to overthink and second guess myself. But when I just focus on trying to match your rhythm, I relax and tend to hit a better end position. If I did this with you every 2days or so, I imagine my kick up constancy would improve quite quickly 🤞🤓🤸‍♀️

Hello and thank you for sharing. I do see this in many of my students and that's why I usually suggest for the kick-ups sets with a rhythm because then the body has the chance to sort things out intuitively. Both thinking and not thinking are important in training. I am happy you feel the benefit of it :)
