First day doing this routine and my arms and wrists are feeling it but this is a great incorporation into my routine.

this is one of my favorite videos of yours. I like the 10-15 minute length. i do like to practice my handstands daily but i like to mix it up with another class of ballet, yoga or dance for about 15 mins so i can get 30-45 mins in daily. I wish you had more like this with some variation on the warm up. Thank You!

Noted! Will try to do that! Thanks for your support!

This is a marvelous video. I'm doing always hanstand eight times and I have finished always so tired and last times I can't keep handstand more than a few seconds. Just four times is better. Thank you so much Natalie

Hello Dhruva, that's great to hear. It is better to start slowly or with less repetitions and then slowly build intensity. It takes time, be patient and stick with it :)

Loving all your videos! They are so helpful to practice. I have been practicing for a while already but I still can not kick up to handstand next to a wall, I just cant get up high enough. Would you have any tips or exercises that would be best for me ?
@NatalieReckert4 жыл бұрын
Hi Nadine, thank you. Have you tried following the 30 days couch to handstand course? It has lots of useful exercises for the kick up. My guess is you are either not rounding your back or not jumping enough.

I love this guide and I’m so happy I found this! Question for you: I’ve had instruction to practice handstands both facing the wall and with the wall behind me...what are the benefits/differences of each?
@NatalieReckert4 жыл бұрын
Thank you. With the back to the wall is easier. Facing the wall is the next step once you have enough confidence. You need to control your shape more and only touch the wall with your feet.

thank you for this practice lesson it helps me a lot I want to be a hand balancer but since I'm still 14 I have to go to school and don't have much time to practice, I have one question can I do this on my handstand canes as well?
@NatalieReckert5 жыл бұрын
Hello Julie, great that you are finding time to practice after school. Yes you can also do this on canes. I used to put the canes in front of my bed when I was still in school, so I coud fall onto the bed just in case. A daily training of 30 minutes will take you far, 14 is the best age to learn!

Ich zähle im Kopf mit und stelle mir vor wie ich die Zahlen sage, damit liege ich ungefähr in der richtigen Zeit, du kannst auch eine stoppuhr auf dem Handy benutzen.
