You have been so helpful and so talented at what you do! Im now jumping into straddle and kind of leaning forward into straddle as well. Maybe puppy press next year! in a month I will be 60 and am so thankful for what movement I can do now. I wish you and yours all the best!

15:00 i dont understand how to push the shoulders??? they is no more to push when i try the handstand
@NatalieReckert3 ай бұрын
If you add really pulling the stomach in and under the ribs, it gives you more shoulder push. If you feel like you cannot push the shoulders more, thenit means your ribs are too open. There is always more shoulder push in the handstand than you can imagine :) I hope that helps.

I have a problem with rotating my elbows to the front whi h is external rotation and I do t know how to fix it.
@NatalieReckert3 ай бұрын
It does not work for everyone to turn the elbows to the front like this. The main thing is to start with elbows as straight as possible, whatever that is for your elbows, because they will want to bend as you press or negative.

I can do that dear my problem is eccentric part I could not control while coming back .what should I do for that?
@NatalieReckert3 ай бұрын
It need many reps until you are able to slow down the end. It's the part that needs a lot of patience and building strength in the part where you lean the shoulders to the front. That is the strength you need to build: leaning the shoulders further front.

Hi Natalie!

very nice routine but little to fast for me to follow along. Felt like rushing from position to position
@NatalieReckert19 күн бұрын
Hello and thank you for sharing your experience. Try pausing the video to take a breather. Sometimes a fast training pace can help you build strength too. Great that you were able to follow the whole routine though, it's hard work.

Practice the negatives. Out your feet on an elevation, lean front and count to 20, that way you strengthen the shoulders
