This is a 10-minute follow-along kickboxing workout focused on leg strength, core strength and balance.
No equipment is required for this workout.
EVERYONE can do this workout, you don’t need to be a kickboxer to do it, but if you are a beginner in kickboxing this workout will help your kicking game tremendously.
I made two versions of each exercise, an intermediate version where you can rely on your own balance, and a beginner version where you can use the wall to support you.
You may notice in the video that my left kick is weaker than my right, I still chose to do the full exercise without wall support to work on my balance.
