Well, this was wayyyy harder than I thought it would be. Couldn't be arsed tonight, so opted for an "easy" 10 minute workout.... I'm absolutely knackered now, lol ☺️ I'm off work all next week, so going to dedicate some time each day to these fab workouts. Cheers Julia 👍

Awesome thanks ;) BTW is there any workout I can do that will replace "Onto the dragon" I have wrist injury and that move is very painful. Thanks again for doing this.

ooooh ok - go into low plank on your elbows and bunny hop from side to side - you wont thank me tho SORREHHHH its all hard

gonna get a full suit of armour first so I have an excuse for not being able to move like that Edit: Ok it wasn't that bad. Where did you get all this from though?

I designed it myself from scratch about 8 months ago. did a test run with people BCD in Jan and then thought as the lockdown was happening i'd release it into the wild!
