Hi Guys,
Welcome back! So today I am sharing my perfect "10 Minute Ab Workout". Believe me this will fire up all your stomach muscles and you are going to FEEL it today... and tomorrow too. I try to do this workout every day in addition to my full body workout or just in the morning if I don’t have that much time.
We will do each exercise for:
-50 Seconds with a 10 second break in between (short breaks)
-10 Sets in total
-Every motion is quite slow this way you will feel the burn even more

Workout: Each exercise 50 seconds crunches (try not to touch the ground) bicycle crunches (slow) alternating leg/arm lift v ups cross body mountain climbers plank with leg lift - left plank with leg lift - right side plank crunch - left side plank crunch - right plank

Just did this and I found the difficulty just right so thank you! I always stick to my own circuits so I decided to venture onto KZbin and do something different and I loved this! Will be doing it more often thank you🙌🦋

Thank you so much for these videos. I almost workout everyday as shown in the videos. I like how calm and relaxed they are. I believe that workout don’t have to fast and doing a lot of reps. Doing it right is more important and that is what your workout videos embody. Thanks a lot

I can't wait to try this. If you have more exercise routines you can show focusing on different areas (arms, legs, butt, or whatever), that would be great as well. Even though I work out pretty regularly I have to say this looks challenging and I can't wait to give it a try. So nice of you to post all these helpful videos!

Echt een hele fijne workout, ook fijn dat er piepjes zijn toegevoegd, dat je weet wanneer je klaar bent en niet de hele tijd naar het scherm hoeft te staren (dit mis ik bij veel andere work out video's), top!

the leg video is just fantastic and honestly very effective, I can feel it and see the changes on me. I also like the idea that we can do it anywhere, not limited to location. So, inspired by you, I now add this ab + leg in my everyday routine, plus I swim 30min or doing some yoga when I can.
