I think I found the workout content creator I was looking for! 🥰 Simple exercises for someone like me who just wants to stay in shape and not pushing myself too hard, 10 minutes workouts allowing me to stay consistent in my practice. It's perfect, thank you!

I don't think I have ever commented on any workout videos on KZbin. But your workouts are so calming to my soul it feels like actual self care. This one was my favourite and it doesn't look it but really burns the right places perfectly. I always come to you when I need a break from all the extremely aggressive weight loss programmes. Oh dear, this is the first one i teel like i failed at a bit-my balance is so atrocious (always has been) that i couldn't mirror the forms very well. I will keep trying ❤

Practice will help, keep at it! Start with smaller movements and gradually increase them as your balance improves, you’ll be better than me in no time 😍💛

Hi Monika I just started this morning with the 15 min walk excise, it was really awesome since I don't do any excise. Can you please tell me what my eating meal should be like please. Typically personal trainers cannot give you diet advice. They will recommend following the USDA food guide. I recommend doing your own research and looking at what your ancestors ate (hint: pastured animals and seasonal foods)
