so far this is my favorite morning workout video after a couple months still:)! it has juuuust a bit more stretchy exercises than resistance and is perfect for me personally💜💜i always feel so good after and feel like im breathing better -rather than being worn out like other 'gentle morning' exercise routines ive tried that tend to also seem like they drag on. but this one randomly??? its such a relieving feeling😭so just saying thanks for the good work and that its funny how 10 minutes can change a lot of things abt how ur day goes😳anyway yeah thanks queen👑💌

I had a interstitial cysitis flare up. I still did this small workout and not sorry at all that i did. 10 minute workout on my day off is better than no workout. Im a full time housekeeper but work outs like these are quite refreshing.

When it comes to exercise, the goal is for your body to use more energy. Exercise helps in metabolic activity -> using more energy -> the fat isn’t stagnant in your body anymore because the energy is being used. If you want to reduce fat, consistency is the key and remove ultra processed food from your diet.
